Blood tests

What sort of things can show up in blood tests, had one for glandular fever, thyroid and a viral infection and now it's caused my anxiety to rocket again keep thinking I'm going to get a call to go straight to hospital..even though I have no real reason to think that : (

Depends how and what they are testing for, simply put a hell of alot of things

last time i had one for glandular fever as well. although i was in hospital already very very poorly, results came back in under an hour.

Its a good way to check for general health issues as well as other things. I wouldn't worry too much if you have to have one. If they are really worried you wouldn't have to wait a couple of weeks for the results :)
