Feel so low.

Im currently feeling so low and lonely. I can be having a conversation with friends at work and laughing one minute and then almost immediately just feel sad. So sad and low. I don't know what to do. Im taking medication and usually its my anxiety thats the more dominant illness, I find the depression so much harder to live with.

Sorry to hear you are so low. Pretty new to this myself as I have finally sought help for long term anxiety. I get depressed also but I think its a response to dealing with the unending anxiety.

I have decided I will tell some close colleagues and friends of my problems so they can understand and spot the signs. I think people are a lot more enlightened than I thought and expect support and not ridicule.

Just know it will pass and worst did not happen and you are not alone.
