Hi,
I am looking for a private psychotherapist in Greater Manchester area.
My boyfriend was recommended by counselor at work to start CBT for his anxiety.
Can anybody recommend someone good?
There is a lot of information online, but not much about personal experiences.
Would be great to go to someone experienced/who can actually help and knows what they are doing.
I have a friend who keeps complaining about various psychotherapists she's been through, so I don't want us to go through this kind of process.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you
