Hi fellow anxious peeps,

So I am curious about something. Does anyone else get the thing where as soon as you have 'solved' one element of your anxiety (I.e. talked yourself rationally down from the heights of panic into a place of calm) another worry immediately pops up to replace it? And that some of them literally contradict each other??

When I'm anxious I just can't see what's real or see the proverbial wood for the trees. It drives me absolutely crackers!

Anyone else get this? And how do you cope with it?

Just have a peek at post histories. Some fixate on one or a few symptoms and some are all over the place. It's a very common theme. There are examples of this all over the boards.
