Alcohol and anxiety

Anyone else struggle to not use alcohol as a crutch for when anxiety is bad? I know it's going to make things worse the next day but still it helps at the time

Have you tried working out for anxiety? I know it helps me lots.

Alcohol makes my anxiety much worse. Its effects happens many days after using it.
