Hi,
I am sure most people on here are new from the days in which I used to frequent this forum :-) I think I first started coming here about 10-11 years ago. It is lovely to see it is still going strong:)
I am struggling a bit just now with anxiety and such .....again......and I was drawn back here. This was such a wonderful place to come in my early days of anxiety. It was so scary and terrifying and I met some lovely people here and we all helped each other through the mire that is anxiety.
So, I am re-introducing myself. Hi, I am Happyone :) Hope to speak to some of you in the following days.
