Body buzzing?

Does anyone else feel like their insides are constantly buzzing? It's a mild sensation but I feel it. I feel it mostly in my chest around my sternum but also in my limbs too.

Yes I have this a lot. I liken it to feeling like I'm a bottle of lemonade. All fizzy and tingly and I get it everywhere.

Yes very common the worse buzzing is just as your about to fall asleep and you get this electric shock sensation making you jump and hit the ceiling.
