As per title im pretty new here...well i am new but ive suffered all my life with anxiety from the age of 14, im 28 now.
The problem is this i get all the normal symptoms, finding it hard to catch my breath, struggling to swallow, heck i even get scared to swallow because i feel my throat is going to close up on me, then the shaking and sweating kicks in.
Now i have recently been forcing myself to get into cars and live my town (5 years since i last left!) and it really gets to me! i want to be able to get over it which i think im slowly doing but it still scares me because my goal is to finally get on a plane and go abroad which i really want to do but im just to scared that i wont be able to cope and have no idea how i am going to get to that point!
I've never really reached out to anyone about this properly before so please be gentle with me!:yesyes:
