I have this odd OCD where i feel i need to look to the left of me and do a full circular with me eyes, after this i will do a chatter with my teeth and then swallow, sometimes i can be mid sentence and not be able to control it and have to do it to feel better and it takes control of my life.
Does anyone else suffer with anything like this? and how am i supposed to get out of this habit?
I have found that i do it more when i try to play games, or concentrate hard on something like for arguments sake something that means alot to me
