A blip?

So after making some progress I seem to have hit a wall. Anxiety is back in. Arms and thoughts racing a little again. I guess this is what they call a blip? Shortness of breathe is evident and jaw clinching. Any experience these and how long do they last?

If it hasn't been going on for very long I'd call it a blip. Seems these are a common thing for people on the forum. Not fun but it will pass, remember you have felt better before.
