Don't know why???

Hi does anyone else have anxiety an don't know why they have it? I feel like I'm the only one who has it an don't know why I have it an everyone else does! Sorry if that doesn't make sense :)

I feel totally the same, im sitting at work now, feeling panicky that I need to run out and I have no idea why. I think it may be hormonal but don't feel I can tell anyone here and not sure what I can do.
How do you manage your feelings? Is there anything you do to help? Its horrible isn't it!
