Fast Heart Rate Sinus Infection

Hi guys,

So the last 2 days I have been suffering from a Sinus infection that started after a bad does of hayfever. On top of my Depersonilation and Derelization I have also had my heart pounding for 2 days now my pulse never goes below 100 it sitting about 100-110 at rest. I had a fever last night of 38 but it seems to have gone away.

Im just scared that my hearts not going to stop pounding :(

Is it normal for heart rate to be higher when ill

It's completely normal for heart rate to be faster when ill.
Also when anxious.

It just freaks me out so much and im so breathless but im trying to ell myself its cause im bunged up
