Hi, I'm a 21 year old male. I've been having symptoms for months. In early June I went to the doctor with testicle pain and was diagnosed with Epididymitis. The pain got worse so I had an ultrasound and it showed I had a cyst on the epididymis. But all was well. So I continued with my life when I had back pain. I also sometimes in the morning felt as if I had been holding my urine in all night but it was a regular urine output. Not too much not too little. My back pain has since went away but not when I pee I saw a black dot floating around multiple times I've seen this. I read about prostate cancer and bladder cancer and I am very worried. Also it might not be related but I've been feeling a weak tickle in my butt and at times a sharp pain but that's been going on for years. I'm scared I do have an appointment with a urologist coming up worried about what they will tell me.
