scared!

I keep getting a clicking noise in my head and sometimes a ringing noise. And my head still has pressure on it and it feels like its vibrating sort of. Im fine other than that besides a load of anxiety. I had a panick attack yesterday because everyone feels so fake its just bleh. I keep thinking i have a brain tumor. But genereally this has been going on for a while and my doctor said if you had a brain tumor you would get worse ever day and wouldnt be able to get out of bed. I can get out of bed im just so worried all the time. :ohmy:
Im going for an MRI because my nose is conjested along with pressure around my face. My doctor said Sinnutis.
