Having been relatively stable on 5mg of Cit, due to crap pill cutters I wanted to stabilise the dose rather than get a 'bigger half' or 'smaller half' so decided to up to 10mg.
Here we are on day 7 and the old intense anxiety has kicked in good and proper. Holding my own having had experience of SSRI's twice before but what do you people reckon in terms of 'bedding in' time for the increased dose?
A - 10 days
B - 2 weeks
C - 4 weeks
D - Longer
