Coming off Tegretol and panics

Will me coming off Tegretol increase the risk of panic attacks? the only way I see it could is because it stops anger outbursts.. maybe it helps my panics secretly or something... the outburst aspect

I think if you do it sensibly and gradually reduce your dose, it should make any kind of withdrawal less severe.
Were you prescribed it for anxiety or do you have other stuff going on? It seems a weird choice for anxiety.
I was only on it for a short while because I had an allergic reaction to the stuff.. but from what I can remember of the few weeks I took tegretol, I don't think it did much for me.
