So about 2 days ago my stomach started hurting a lot and I had to visit the doctor. Fortunately, the doctor said that one of my intestines is clogged up and it will pass if I keep massaging it and drinking water. So as I spend most of my day in bed due to some pain when moving, I decided to take a nap. At that time my body temperature was a bit high, around 38 degrees celsius. Once I woke up, I started feeling really weird, like if my room is universe and i am size of an atom. When I touched my phone, blanket or pillow, they felt a size of needles. My vision was pretty weird too, like I was stuck focusing close. Then I called my dad and it all ended after like a minute, but it was scary.
I've had this problem before when I was sick, but only in dreams, like I experienced it in dreams, not awake. I also read that some people have experienced the same thing when sick and waking up. Is this normal or should I be concerned?
