So I have felt depressed :( so decide hey I do abit of exercise make me feel better.
But im left with muscle twitches and inner vibrations after for days! So I cant win!
I am under neurology at the moment. Finding this all so frustrating!
Does anyone else have this? And any ides how I can exercise without caiseing this as much x

try a nice gentle warm up and start off with 20 minutes or so exercise at a time and make sure you always, always warm down. Then you can increase your exercise gradually to 30 minutes, 40 minutes etc. Warm up and down is the most important factor swell as regular water breaks. Your muscles will get used to it over time.
