day 7 increase 30mg

Hi all. So does anyone get the need to take a deep breath all the time or a satisfying yawn often . This is beginning to get me down. It wasnt as noticeable at 20mg but driving me mad at 30mg. I'm exhausted with it. I get the lovely satisfying deep breath and within 2 mins I need to do it again. Why?? Xx

It sounds like heightened anxiety to me. I get this as well, feel like I've stopped breathing. I'd say when things settle on the new dose this will go away.

I feel as if there is a tight wide band around my chest. Very stressed today, must get out for awhile otherwise "climbing the walls".

Í've been on an increased dose of citalopram (15mg) for 6 days, you 8 days. I think...will it get any easier....I hope so.
