I have been concerned aboit this the last week as sometimes I feel something in my throat, and be being me I think I'm dieing haha

No, because to go cold turkey means you stop your meds but take no further ones afterwards. This then means the drug eliminates completely from your blood plasma. I seem to recall you are on Sert, which has a half life close to a day (1.5x in women) so you will be taking your next tablet anyway.

For you to go cold turkey, you would need to keep these tablets in your throat so they never reach your stomach. How likely does that sound?
