I feel really bad tonight = (

Hey,
I just feel real bad and kinda panicky so I thought I'd post.
Ya know I seemed to be getting kinda better, or at least coping with it better... I usually just feel like bad on a night and ok during the day. but the past few days iv felt bad during the day and even worse on a night.
tonight's particularly bad.
My back is PROPER burning and my legs r a little bit n they ache.
and i have unrealness = (
n feel dizzy n like suffocated n stuff.
it's really freaking me out = S

hey hun... as i said to you on msn earlier, it does get better... i'm sure WE ALL have our ups and downs, i know i do... the thing with being panic stricken is that it can come on so suddenly but it can also go just as suddenly, just remeber this... what yiou're feeling now wont last forever.. lotsa hugs :hugs:
