Stomach cramping

Since yesterday I've had horrible stomach cramps, mainly in my centre upper abdomen. They happened after taking a 2nd Propranolol and beforehand paracetamol and eating some nuts. I'm not sure if it's that or maybe IBS but I've had similar symptoms but lasting for a day.

Today I took Buscopan which releaves the cramping, also feel a bit acidy and minor wind. In fact this morning I felt ok but it started happening an hour after eating.

How many nuts? They can be hard to digest, especially almonds. My girlfriend gets upper tummy pain when she's had too many.
