]Been working out a lot more lately, especially on my stomach. last night I got a sharp pain in my lower stomach. Maybe just like a pulled muscle? Sorry not trying to bug anyone.

You're right. Probably muscular considering you've been working out.
Why not give it a few days to see if it goes.

Most likeky a simple spasm of the muscle. The muscles are always more susceptible to strains, tightness and spasms when you've been working on them. I play a lot of football and also go running 3 times a week, my calf muscles are constantly going into spasm and I've strained them and my groin more times than I can count.

Thanks , I know deep inside were my brain reasonable I am more than likely ok. Just that the anxiety always goes to the worst crazy explanation.
