Small lump under skin on wrist?

Hey all, instead of googling i'd figure i'd wrack your brains once again! So today i noticed when i bend my left hand backwards towards my arm a small soft bump appears under my skin near my vein on my under wrist, before i google and get told it's cancer or something does anyone know what it could be?

Normal bodily structure, muscle, tendon, lipoma etc.

I know somebody who had something similar. Was a ganglion cyst. Harmless although they chose to remove theirs as it was (in their opinion) unsightly.
