Not another issue

I had my colonoscopy and all was fine. Anxiety started getting better now something else happened. I hat a really hot thai last night and was sick straight away with blood coming out. I Googled and now don't know what to do. I made myself sick this morning and it was just small specs. Hoping I just aggravated something because of the hot food. I am shaking.

Definitely sounds like a food irritation! The blood can be normal is the vomit is quite forceful, has happened to me a lot x

I vomited blood once, was due to tearing my stomach lining.

If its bright red then its all good :)
