Head and Neck

Recently i've been getting a lot of pressure on the top of my head and even at the sides at times , its not exactly agony its more just a feeling of heaviness/pressure and also had quite a stiff neck at times again not agony just a bit tight.

what can cause this?

you're probably correct , probably a mix of me working at a computer most of the day and teh stress of moving house
