Lump behind ear

I've been doing loads better with my health anxiety lately and not having no where near as many symptoms as i once was, but recently i noticed a small fixed lump behind my ear :ohmy:

I can't say if it's always been there or not, i;m sure i would have noticed it before but who knows. Anyway it's actually on my ear on the back of it but more towards my head, it's about the size of a pea or a little smaller, feels quite hard and is not painful. I;m thinking it may be some kind of cartilage actually because i do have a funny kind of lump on my other ear that I've had all my life but doctors say it's nothing.

Should i still go and get it checked? Been doing really well not to get all OMG OMG about it so far lol

I wouldn't bother. Based on what you posted, it's most likely a part of your natural anatomy. Remember, we're flesh and bone, not porcelain :)

Yeah i thought as much, if i came across this a few months ago all hell would have broke loose haha i think i'll leave it then am sure i will know about it if it was sinister!
Going to the doctors just creates anxiety for me anyway
