I was standing making dinner about 20 mins ago and just felt a dull ache in my solar plex like a dull pain not sure if it was acid or what, then I felt kind of breathless for about a minute and had an over welming feeling of doom and that I was about to die :-( stupid mind. Just a worried that's all xx
