Could anyone recommend any books about anxiety. I think I have heard people talk about Claire Weeks??? Any recommendations would be helpful.

I like rewind, replay, repeat by Jeff bell (memoir)

Brain Lock by Jeffrey Schwartz

It's not all in your head: how worrying about your health could be making you sick-- and what you can do about it by Gordon asmundson (this one works like a work book and I really enjoyed it)

Someone I really respect told me about a book the other day which they highly recommended called - Learning to Tell Myself the Truth. Though I haven't yet read it. But I intend to take a look.

Paul David - At Last A Life and At Last A Life And Beyond

Claire Weekes - Self Help For Your Nerves

Matt Haig - Reasons To Stay Alive (more useful for depression and feelings of helplessness)

Hi I found this link on the Dr Claire Weekes facebook page. If you click on the link it will open in a new window. She recommended it. It is very good and it is free. You can save it to your computer. I have found it quite helpful.
