Hi everyone
So i've been experiencing strange sporadic twitching in my upper left abdominal (Just below the left breast) since i did a bit of running on Monday, I've been examined by a nurse who checked my blood pressure, heart rate and even did a blood test, everything came back fine but I'm still stressing out, It's been twitching at random for 2 going on 3 days now and i can't shake this anxious feeling..
Does anyone have any reassuring advice as to what this could be? It's not painful yet for some reason i have this impending fear that it could be somehow related to my heart.
