Back again

I have just had nearly 2 years without a major anxiety attack just normal everyday anxiety for me.This included 2 winters a bad time for me and a major trigger for attacks(fear of dark).
Coming back from holiday yesterday all the old feeling came back,feels worse after such a time,stil in full flow now coming in waves.
Finding it very hard at moment but being on site sort of helps knowing you are with people who understand,seems harder to fight as you get older.

I had my anxiety attacks beaten for about 20 years until about 2 months ago.

at least you know you beat it once you can beat it again :)

Thanks for support I really hope I can seems impossible how I feel nowbut maybe in few days I'lll try fighting back.

Hi there , maybe coming home back to reality triggered it and when you settle back in and get busy it will subside back to a managable level , I always find it a bit difficult coming back from holiday and getting back into a routine , take care .
