social anxiety/panic attacks

Hi,

i suffer from the above and have done for about a year. I'm currently taking citalopram, amitriptyline and propranolol. I am not working at the moment.

I am a female aged 25 and live in Kent and wondered if anyone out there would like me as a penpal? :flowers:

I suffer from the same as you,Im also on citalopram and propranolol.I used to be on amitriptyline as well.You will get lots of advise and support here.:)

Thank you, i hope so, its all a bit new to me and i'm still trying to understand whats going on and what i need to do to get my life back to some normality and it does seem to be an uphill struggle :blush:
