So off away for a few days today in UK. Anxiety back today. Shortness of breathe and worried about being away from my comfort zone of home. Was feeling very good but it's obvious that when push comes to shove these tablets do not get rid of the whole problem. Gonna push through it and go. What's the worst that could happen? Going to do this for me, the wife and kids. Anxiety has me no more!!!!
