anxiety 24/7 sleeping panic attacks need help

i sufferer severe anxiety the ones sleeping are bad the wake me up with sharp pain near heart and palpations been to hospital all tests clear now this is a nighmare i would like to hear from fellow members who have these symthmons are thet common day or night:weep:

I can completely relate to the way you're feeling,even though I have never experienced heart problems or chest pains myself. What I have experienced, and still do, is depersonalisation. I get it daily, over night, often. I've been suffering for 15 years now, so I feel your pain.

ive had that before. defintely can be caused by anxiety. and since you've had all the tests then its a harmless feeling you can ignore.

you'll probably find it fades the more you can ignore it

I've experienced this.
I'm 23 and I have now started having panic attacks at least 3 or 4 times a day.
this happens but definitely go to your doctors and talk to them. they put me on propanalol and sertraline and its helping me a lot!
