Ready to start again...

Hi,

I have been agoraphobic to some degree for 20 years. Every major stress in my life seems to set me back(family death/relationship break-up etc.)

I have been housebound three times but manage to get out and start fighting within a week. Each time, I recover to a reasonable level ie manage to fly/go through channel tunnel but obviously haven't cracked it yet as I keep having to start again.

I'm currently recovering again - manage to drive 25 miles each day to work but not doing much more. Just getting ready to push the boundries yet again....
