Tapping for panic

Has anyone had any success with using this for panic attacks? didn't seem to work for me but I am rather a sceptic of alternative therapies.

I found it helps skymaid.. Because i had too do this tapping before hypnotherapy sessions you need to find a place of non distraction and try it out.. Maybe not for everyone i suppose but brought my anxiety levels from an 8 to a 4 out of 10.

I was the exact same sceptical that is until my first hypnotherapy session, tapping before hand to bring me down to a reasonable state and then being hypnotised and It turned out to be good :)
