Restlessness from being lonely

When I'm alone for too long I get really anxious. I normally like privacy but sometimes I like having a conversation with people. I recently met a really nice person on here and we talk a little but he's often busy so that just leaves me with my thoughts (which is never good for me). This lonely feeling is very overwhelming right now. I can't ignore it because there's nothing to distract me. I feel like I'm going insane.

If anyone out there wants a new friend, feel free to pm me. I have Skype so location is not a problem.

same here. my friends are all in london today (without me since I cant go). family busy with their lives. makes me anxious being on my own all day too
