Stopping seroquel

Hi,

I have only been on seroquel only for 12 days at 12.5mg will I be okay coming off this without any side effects?

I'd say yes. It's a tiny dose. Were you cutting the tabs in half? The ones here are teeny!

Yeah I was as the higher dose had me like a zombie. I thought it was best to come off that tonight before introducing the Effexor.

Stopped this last night, hardly slept. I was never taking this for sleep but for anxiety but it didn't work for me. Had a few whooshing feelings but not too bad, probably because I wasn't on it long. On to the next stage tonight.
