head tremor

I try and avoid over analysing my endless symptoms but I have one that I dont see people mention.

my head sometimes seems to tremor slighly. if I get panicky it really feels like its shaking. like one of those nodding dogs in cars or whatever.

is that a normal one? im guessing its due to tense neck muscles

Hey I've only had this once and for some reason thought I had a motor neurone disease because of it. I would definitely put it down to neck tension, for me anyway it was definitely that, once my neck got better ALOT got better.
