Funny sickness feeling

Does anyone else get this? It's a sort of nauseous feeling but not really in my stomach - higher up as if it is in my chest. I feel really dizzy with it and it's kind of feels in my heart area although unrelated to the horrible ectopics which are on going.

I think I know what you mean, I sometimes get a feeling in my chest which the best way I find to describe it is like having butterflies in your stomach in your chest if that makes sense?? I can be just sitting watching TV or something and it just suddenly comes over me, but soon goes away, I've discussed it with a few people and its due being very anxious about stuff anddue to me trying to come off my meds, I'm gradually reducing and it's one of the side effects
