pins and needles - stroke ?

For the past two days I have had tingling in my left hand , foot and slightly in my face.
Im terrified I am going to have a stroke.
I had the exact symptoms about 15 years ago, after extensive tests stress was diagnosed...
Has anyone had similar , very scared..

Maybe you're breathing too shallow. Try some deep breathing
