Spazms

So, I tried posting before about this before but couldnt find the post and weather anyone commented so I am doing another and hopefully I do this one right. Diaphragm spazms. The ones that happen when you fall and knocks the wind out of you. I get these for no reason and makes me exhale when I dont want to. My dr says its caused from anxiety-panic. I donr know what to think of this aside from (this sucks). Anyone else get this?

Yes yes yes, I do 100% have been getting these for about 10 years, it gets so bad that I loose all feeling in my arms and I become white in the face its like someone is crushing your ribs...........it lasts for about 2 mins when it comes on, I lay down and then it miraculously disappears...
