hi everyone

i have had super results with regard to sleeping better. the only thing that is bothering me now is the spaced out feeling i'm getting has anyone had this ?and how long did it last? i'm struggling to function some days .

help and advice needed

Hi sammie - I was prescribed 100mg 2xday during the day. I gave up after 2 days because I'd stumbled into that many things I was black and bluu. Its strong - very strong.

i am on 150 mg on a night . how you managed the amount you were on i dont know. yes i also walk into things . i forget what i'm doing basicly i feel on another planet. but i do need these tabs to cope with my sleeping issues.
i am going to ask my gp for a lower dose and see how i go. thanks for replying to my thread.:yesyes:

Hi mate- now on Zopiclone 7.4g times 2. They do the same t, but at leat I a can drive in a morning. For me Trazadone was awaslkinf zombie pill, but you are takig them at different times. If it works for you then keep it up mate.

Its a long way to recovery, and my poo-pooed A/D are working a treat.

i tried zopiclone and dispite increasing them they still did not work for me. im so glad they work for you :) its amazing how one pill doesn't fit all . but stick with what works for you :yesyes:

going to doctors to ask if i can reduce them so i can function in the morning instead of like you say being a zombie

Yep.... I can't stand this zombified state either!

Im on 600 mg every night, and its saved my life. Now back to work and doing much better.
