So I have made a great improvement since being on cit some 12 weeks ago. Now the big test for me is going back to work but I had time. Then 6 weeks became 4 then 2 and now 1. So my body is uneasy. I have been sleeping ok but a know that it's getting close. Slept pretty awful last night. I can feel
My body trying to create adrenaline and fear but it's like the cit is fighting it back. I am having slight breathing tightness and racing thoughts about work are back. I have not been in a school training day for 12 years and have three when I return. The thoughts does not fill me with dread as it used to but it's so hard to get myself in the meetings even though I really want to. Have also sorts of visions of feinting etc. I have been told I can return to work without going to meetings but really want to get over this hurdle. I am thinking of taking some propranolol just to get me in and through it. Any advice?
