Hi everyone

I suffer for anxiety for almost two months now. It has been really bad, with a constant anxious feeling, but this is better now, because I go to a psychologist.

But since a little more than 2 weeks, I suffer from a headache, all day long. The headache is not on the same place, it's always somewhere different, but the two most frequent place are:
1) under my eyebrow(s)/on the bridge of my nose
2) a pain that start right below my skull and makes it way up, a stabbing pain.

I went to the doctor and she said it's just stress. But it's hard to believe because that continuous nervous feeling I have is gone. I also have got some medication for sinusitis, but that didn't help.

Can this really be from anxiety?

I've made this analogy before...

Your anxiety is like a campfire. When your anxiety is high, the flames are burning hot and bright. When you feel calmer, there's still a bed of red hot coals waiting for some fuel to start up again. I takes a while for those coals to finally go out.
