first bit of doubt/anxiety in a month or two

Hi not been on in quite a while due to me doing very well no worry no anxiety at all, but recently I found out about a boy who I played football with collapsed on the pitch due to a heart condition, luckily he is now ok and they have diagnosed him but even though I have had ECGS I am still very worried about this happening to me ! I've not had an exercise Ecg is there anyway could get one of these or is a normal ecg enough to rule out most defects?

Hiya, The kind of ecg that rules out sudden collapses is the kind that you have lying down. Quite a few years ago I had an ecg through CRY as I was worried.. It was a lying down on the bed one.

thanks for the reply, thats good i've had one just recently and it came back all clear, do you mind if i ask how you found out that the lie down ECG ruled out collapsing?
