hey so i think im starting to recover from my Extreme HA though its hard to not worry about it every single second. However I have a few serious enquiries but refuse to google bc it will just freak me out:

1) how will i know if any cells are damaged in the body?
2) if there are indeed damaged cells, does that mean they will all lead to a change in DNA and hence developed into cancers?? (are all damaged cells cancerous?)

i am quite paranoid that some cells are damaged and they are gonna turn cancerous but i just dont know when, i might sound stupid for asking those question but hopefully some of u on here can help a poor girl out x

thanks!

What makes you think you have damaged cells? There's no way of knowing if you have damaged cells throughout your body, or whether they will turn cancerous or not. It's unlikely though, seen as most people don't get cancer.

Will you get cancer in a year, 5 years, 20 years , 50 years or never at all???
Who knows!!! But the chances will not be high. These thoughts are stopping you from living your life. You may get run over by a truck tomorrow. I might.

Start living for today, don't let the intrusive thoughts take over.

We all live, we all die. Make each day count X
