travel panic

This isnt my first time travelling but as soon as the date comes closer to the time when I have to fly (which is my most feared) I tend to get extreme anxiety and dont even want to go anymore due to being that terrified about flying
Now I was given valium to help with the nervousness so its my first time doing that and im hoping it will work as I HATE this sickening feeling every second I get closer to going away! it shouldnt feel this way! I want to be able to be excited and overwhelmed that im about to spend 2 and a half weeks in America but there is a constant fear and anxiety and panic attacks that im worried about!

if anyone has some soothing things they do to help in times like this, please let me know :weep:

Hi Daniella,

The Valium will work, more or less like ibuprofen works on a headache. Don't take it if you are driving, but after that you are fine.
