[Golderngal]

Have struggled with health anxiety and depression on and off for many years...Now going thru a particularly bad time due to past experiences and seeing in newspaper relating to what i have done - cant stop worrying and ruminating ..Life has no quality as i am living in fear and convinced only bad stuff ahead...Just changed to diffferent meds - but so far dont feel any better..
