I've just created an account on here and thought I'd say hello. I'm a 33 year old female living in Scotland. I have been plagued with anxiety since my childhood. This week has been particularly bad and have been crippled with anxiety several times. I have come here to "meet" people with similar issues and to hopefully gain and give advice and support.
